Weekly Group Runs:

Sat nights at 45 minutes after Shabbat from Aviv boxes: 10-14 km Migdal Hamayim Course at a relaxed recovery pace.  Another option is a friendly 7 km starting 35 minutes after Shabbat ends from Rechov Reuven in Sheinfeld.  Finally, there is a large RBS group that meets on Dolev and Dolev one hour after Shabbat.

Monday Nights 8:30 PM:  Speedwork on the corner of Dolev and Dolev.

Wednesday Mornings 5:30 AM  Medium Long Run 16-18 km from the top of Hashoshan

Friday July 9:  Har Yaaran: Beautiful 14 km course through varied topography including a bloodcurdling 3 km climb at the start.  Meet at the corner of Rd 10 and Rd 375 at 5:40 AM.
Sat night July 10:  12 km Migdal Hamayim course with strides.  Meet at the Aviv boxes at 9:05 sharp.
Monday Night July 12:  11 km Mercaz Bet Shemesh course with 5k tempo.  Meet at Aviv boxes at 8:30 PM sharp.
Friday July 16th: Martyr's Forest:  18 km of out and back along the Shvil Yisroel.  Meet at Martyr's Forest near Tzomet Eshtaol at 5:40 AM.
Sat night July 17:  12 km Migdal Hamayim course with strides.  Meet at the Aviv boxes at 9:05 sharp.
Sunday: July 18th:  5k twilight Race at 7:00 PM in Tel Aviv ending in Hadar Yosef where we will watch the Israeli Athletic championship.  see link for info http://www.realtiming.co.il/events/2010/last-chance/
Monday Night July 19:  11 km Mercaz Bet Shemesh course with 5k tempo.  Meet at Aviv boxes at 8:30 PM sharp.
Thursday night July 22:  Al derech Burma's monthly full moon bike ride/run through the Judean Hills.  18 km course beginning at the store at 8:30 PM and finishing with ice cold watermelon.
Sat night July 24:  12 km Migdal Hamayim course with strides.  Meet at the Aviv boxes at 9:05 sharp.
Monday Night July 26:  11 km Mercaz Bet Shemesh course with 5k tempo.  Meet at Aviv boxes at 8:30 PM sharp.
Friday morning July 30th: 8:00 AM Ayalot 10 km summer league racing series event hosted by Al Derech Burma
